We've all been sucked in by the Instagram vortex. But when it's part of your job description, like yours truly, the daily hours spent scrolling through the photo-sharing app are completely justified. At least that's what I like to tell myself 🤔.

Scrolling Insta is a literal explosion of the senses. Models? Check. Dreamy blooms? Check. Home decor? Check and check. Fashun? You got it! Heck, we even have athleisure, beauty, babies, Aussies, luxury, lingerie, music, and pumped up kicks. Today we're entering zen mode and putting self-care on the priority list by aiming attention at brands that focus on all things wellness.
We live in overstimulating times where connectivity is pretty much required at all hours of the day. We have a lot of pressure on our shoulders to always be in the know, and to acquire all kinds of information at the speed of light. People today are often drained by the self-inflicted stress of never disconnecting, and let's face it: that's no way to live.
Rarely do we take a minute to slow down. Relaxing and recharging is foreign to most, and something that is done just once a year on a well-deserved holiday. Spoiler alert: you don't need an OOO auto-responder to indulge in self-love. Some brands have identified this as a problem and are on a mission to help fix it, providing a way for overextended humans to easily make some time in their busy schedules to unwind and disengage with the noise.
